What You’ll Do
- Navigate the Member Journey: Drive engagement at every stage—from kit ordering and the waiting period to results delivery and long-term retention—partnering across vertical teams. Translate Complex Science: Lead the user-facing design and copy that transforms clinical and statistical complexity into clear, actionable insights. Stay Close to Users: Partner with our Consumer Insights team to conduct qualitative research (interviews, observation, follow-ups) so your product decisions are deeply grounded in real user experiences. Run Lean Experiments: Rapidly ship and test micro-flows, gamification, and in-product nudges to let user data dictate our product roadmap.
