Primary Function of Position
As a member of the People Services team, the Associate People Services Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR programs and policies, processes, and systems to ensure that HR service delivery is timely, efficient, and compliant. provides first-line HR operational support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across Intuitive Malaysia market.
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality employee lifecycle administration, HR case management, data maintenance, reporting support, and policy guidance while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor requirements and regional People Services standards. S/he will work collaboratively by building strong relationships that foster trust and accountability across the organization in support of the company mission, vision, and core values.
