Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional client service and support within a high-volume production environment, ensuring all actions adhere to established company and client-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage assigned processing queues, workflows, and task inventories effectively to meet daily operational deadlines and mitigate risk for property loans.
- Conduct intricate data research, querying, and verification by utilizing internal departments, public agencies, clients, and advanced third-party subscriptions.
- Analyze, manipulate, and synthesize complex information from multiple sources to fill missing data gaps, maintain data integrity, and resolve basic property-related operational challenges.
- Apply data accurately to workflow applications, forms, and databases to streamline processing operations and optimize client outcomes.
