About the role and team
As an Associate Manager, Implementation at Uber for Business, you will own the implementation process within your region. Your team will work closely with Account Executives and clients to customize and drive the implementation strategy for our Enterprise, Mid Market, and SMB accounts. They will execute the strategy from launch through the initial 90 days post-sale with the goal of maximizing end-user adoption and usage. The Implementation Team’s product expertise makes them uniquely qualified to consult with customers, provide recommendations, and create a partnership experience that focuses on mutually beneficial initiatives that drive expansion. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing revenue for both new and existing customers.
