What Is the Opportunity?
Provides support surrounding Host, Distributed, Network, Voice technologies or Print Center Operations. The incumbent applies experience and technical expertise to ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction, product quality, and timeliness of product, technical and/or business deliverables. The incumbent has technical background in one of the four disciplines and is proficient in supporting at least one product and/or tool. This is a first shift weekend (Saturday thru Wednesday) position based full time in our Omaha, NE office. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
