Responsibilities
- Develop and review financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions).
- Support execution of capital market and structured finance transactions, including debt and equity deals.
- Prepare transaction documentation such as pitch books, proposals, term sheets, and information memoranda.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to support advisory mandates.
