About the Role The Associate Director, Quality Engineer/Data Science Quality is a hybrid, senior-level role based in South San Francisco, CA. This position focuses on leading quality engineering efforts for data science initiatives within Allogene Therapeutics’ portfolio, helping ensure robust quality systems and regulatory readiness across the AlloCAR T programs. What You'll Do
- Lead quality engineering activities for data science and quality systems in a biotech setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Allogene to ensure product quality and data integrity.
- Develop and implement metrics, risk management, CAPA, and data governance related to quality in data science initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
