- In der Rolle als Leitung eines operativen Produktionsbereichs trägst du die Verantwortung für eine effiziente und verlässliche Produktion unter Einhaltung der cGMP-Anforderungen. Mit deinem fundierten Lean-Verständnis gestaltest du Prozesse effizient und kosteneffektiv, während du gleichzeitig die Qualität und Sicherheit gewährleistest. Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Standardisierungen und Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben und mittel- sowie langfristige Ziele zu erreichen.
