In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle unterstützt du aktiv das Betriebsratsgremium bei der Organisation der Mitbestimmung und stellst einen reibungslosen Büroablauf sicher. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team, dem Management und externen Partnern, um die Interessen unserer Belegschaft effizient zu vertreten.
Diese Stelle ist in Teilzeit (ca. 20 Wochenstunden) zu besetzen.
