Principais responsabilidades:
- Apoiar o time de vendas interno e externo;
- Realizar input e acompanhamento de pedidos;
- Monitorar prazos e datas de corte dos clientes;
- Acompanhar demandas internas até sua conclusão;
- Garantir follow-up das solicitações e cumprimento dos SLAs;
- Interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa para assegurar a eficiência dos processos.
