JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Assistant WASH (Engineer) is to support the delivery of the WASH hardware activities in the coordination and guidance of the supervisors. Assist in assessments, planning, preparation of BoQ, specifications, drawings, implementation, supervision, management of the financial, material, and other resources under the WASH and infrastructure program.
Support installation of piped water networks, repair, and maintenance of pipelines, and fixing leakage required. Supports the installation of pumps and generators and proper operation of surface pumps, submersible pumps, and generators for safe water supply systems. Delivering the Sanitation, waste management (hardware) component to Health facilities, IDPs, refugee camps and host communities as required.
