Assistant Supervisor
The Assistant Supervisor supports the Project Manager in overseeing daily janitorial operations across assigned sites. This role works closely with frontline teams, provides hands-on leadership during night-shift operations, and assists with weekend project execution. The Assistant Supervisor helps ensure service quality, safety compliance, accurate payroll processing, and strong communication between staff, management, and clients.
Compensation: $55,000 per year salary (U.S. Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
