Job Description
Construction Supervision & Quality Control
- Ensure all works are executed according to the approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.
- Inspect all construction materials delivered to site and verify compliance with specifications.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly where defects are identified.
- Supervise are verify the testing and commissioning of completed facilities and systems before acceptance.
- Review contractor work plans and construction schedules.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assist in site inspections and work measurement to facilitate the processing of contractors’ payment requests.
- Ensure contractors adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and social safeguarding policies.
