Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation and Finance system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance teams and key stakeholders across Actuarial, Operations and IT to streamline processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Leverage strong understanding of Finance BAU processes to identify pain points, control gaps and opportunities for automation or simplification.
- Assess proposed initiatives from a Finance, process, data, control and implementation perspective.
- Manage transformation projects from business case development through implementation, testing and change adoption.
- Act as the key Finance representative in system and automation initiatives, translating Finance requirements into practical solutions.
