- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and uphold food safety standards
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Handle P&Ls and maintain store cleanliness and stocking What We're Looking For
