Job title: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities

- Business Development and Sales: Develop and execute sales strategy for spares; repair (PPD + service stations); LUV pumps spares and repair; retrofit solutions; reverse engineering services; identify and generate new business opportunities in utility power plants (approximately 14 units of utility PP).

- Account Management: Build strong relationships with plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement; increase share of business from existing customers; ensure repeat orders and long-term service contracts.

- Installed Base and Competition Mapping: Map installed base of pumps across assigned power plants; track competitor presence and develop strategies to penetrate accounts; identify replacement and upgrade opportunities.
