To oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel laundry and linen department, ensuring efficient, hygienic, and cost-effective processing of all guest, Heartist, and hotel linen while maintaining the required quality and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the laundry and linen areas, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise, train, and schedule laundry and linen team members according to operational requirements.
- Ensure all hotel linen, uniforms, guest laundry, and other washable items are processed according to established standards.
- Monitor washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing processes to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain proper par levels of bed linen, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles.
