Job title: Assistant Director- Product Consultant
Responsibilities
- Lead lending solution implementations and pre-sales engagements for commercial and corporate banking clients across the Asia Pacific region.
- Partner with project managers to plan implementation activities, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops, perform solution design and gap analysis, and advise clients on best practices for leveraging lending solutions
- Configure and customize application components including user interfaces, business rules, financial templates, credit rating models, workflows, and integration frameworks
- Support data migration, third-party system integrations, defect resolution, and collaboration with internal product and development teams
