Job summary - purpose of the role
As a part of the Customer Service team you are customer ́s internal contact for all order related matters. You are available during office hours (by phone and e-mail,) for customers, suppliers and colleagues and you are responsible for processing the orderseffectively.
Customer needs drive your activities and you balance them with the interests of the company. Within the team you will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead.
