About the Role
Located in BCCS lab Jinshan, the role supports afternoon-to-night shift operations on a 5L alkoxylation reactor, including materials handling, DCS operation, reactor cleaning and maintenance. You will execute and optimize synthesis for local and regional innovation projects, and ensure safety and lab cleanliness in the responsible area.
What You'll Do
- Handle execution and optimization of alkoxylation synthesis in local and regional innovation development projects.
- Pass the authority certification for alkoxylation reactor operation and the internal EM research certification.
- Demonstrate expertise on reactor PID, DCS settings, and reaction systems.
- Support projects: execute synthesis, perform root-cause analysis of chemical reactions, summarize results and supporting materials.
