What You Will Do
- Assemble and test medical devices using a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Comply with company policies, quality system requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and report issues related to quality, equipment, materials, or processes to engineering or supervisory staff.
- Support team success by providing hands-on training and guidance to coworkers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area to support efficient manufacturing operations.
