岗位目标: 完成普通或者关键工作岗位的各类装配测试任务

岗位职责: 1、完成由工艺或者产品定义的普通或者关键工作岗位的装配工作，可能包括装配、测试、诊断电气系统或者其它控制系统 2、在职有能力培训装配学徒工或装配技工，帮助他们取得不同装配工位的工作资格认证。 3、参与班前流程改进对话，积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议, 认真听取主管的各项要求 4、严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生 积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险，积极提交持续改进建议卡 6、按时完成公司要求的各项培训，自主完成对工作有益的其他培训 7、主动学习CPS和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中 8、严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定，避免质量缺陷的发生 9、积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施，避免类似问题再次发生
