Descripción del empleo
- Buscamos un/a asistente administrativo/a del Chef Ejecutivo de cocina que sea organizado/a y eficiente para incorporarse a nuestro equipo culinario en Playa del Carmen, México. En este puesto, prestará un apoyo administrativo integral al Chef Ejecutivo de cocina, garantizando el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones y permitiendo que el/la chef se centre en la excelencia culinaria. Será el pilar fundamental de la oficina de la cocina ejecutiva, gestionando horarios, comunicaciones y tareas administrativas con profesionalidad y discreción.
- Gestionar la agenda del chef ejecutivo, programar reuniones y coordinar citas con las partes interesadas internas y externas
- Preparar y mantener documentación detallada, incluidos menús, recetas, informes de inventario y protocolos de cocina
