- Tu meta: ¡crear experiencias de compra inolvidables! Atiende a cada cliente como un entrenador personalizado, guiándolos en su viaje de compras para encontrar los productos perfectos, superando sus expectativas y convirtiéndolos en verdaderos fans.
- Domina el juego: Utiliza tu conocimiento de la marca y producto para comunicar características y beneficios, cerrando ventas como un delantero en el campo de juego.
- Anota puntos clave: Contribuye a las ventas y conoce los KPIs de la tienda (CR, ATV, ASP, UPT, Tráfico, margen, NPS) para mantener el marcador a tu favor.
- Crea un campo de juego atractivo: Mantén un entorno de compra increíble mediante los estándares de Visual Merchandising.
- Usa herramientas digitales y omnicanal para ofrecer una experiencia de compra fluida.
