Objetivo: Facilitar, informar y entender la necesidad del cliente, ofreciendo la mejor opción de producto y beneficios al adquirir una vivienda, logrando los resultados óptimos de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de la compañía.
Requisitos: Preparatoria trunca Experiencia en ventas (preferente en bienes raíces) Manejo de redes sociales, incluyendo fan page de Facebook Excel básico Conocimiento de créditos (Infonavit y Bancarios) Excelente actitud de servicio Organización y proactividad Disponibilidad de horarios rotativos
Funciones: Prospección y perfilamiento de clientes en medios tradicionales y redes. Publicar en redes (fan page) conforme a lineamientos de marca. Analizar perfil de clientes y opciones de crédito. Asesoría personalizada, profesional y asertiva que oriente la toma de decisiones. Asegurar el correcto manejo de expedientes.
