Qué buscamos?
- Preparatoria terminada o superior
- 1 año de experiencia en trato con clientes (ContactCenter, mostrador, vendedor)
- Disponibilidad de lunes a domingo con descanso rotativo
Principales responsabilidades:
- Atender y solucionar necesidades de clientes que se comunican al contact center
- Seguimiento a clientes
- Contactar clientes vía telefónica y chat
