What You’ll Do
- Elevate Creative Standards: Take full ownership of the team’s visual output, ensuring every deliverable meets international agency standards.
- Streamline Workflows: Build and enforce structured post-production timelines and creative workflows to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Mentor & Lead: Guide, review, and mentor junior art directors and graphic designers to build a high-performing creative unit.
- Onsite & Client Operations: Lead creative direction during key client briefings and oversee onsite production shoots when required.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Art Director within a fast-paced media, advertising, or creative agency.
- A stellar portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, brand identity, and campaign direction.
