Job Summary
- The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, distribution expansion, and customer relationship management within the assigned territory for the company's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive volume growth and market share expansion for diaper and hygiene product brands.
- Monitor sales performance and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, distribution, and profitability objectives within the assigned area.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and key wholesalers within the territory.
