Nesta posição, você terá a oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos profissionais, apoiar clientes e usuários por meio de atendimento telefônico e adquirir experiência em um ambiente colaborativo e dinâmico.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Prestar suporte aos clientes e usuários por meio de atendimento telefônico.
- Auxiliar no esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas aos processos fiscal, contábil e de folha de pagamento.
- Registrar e acompanhar solicitações de suporte conforme os procedimentos da área.
- Colaborar com a equipe para garantir a qualidade e eficiência no atendimento.
- Apoiar atividades administrativas relacionadas à área de suporte.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
- Ensino médio completo ou cursando.
