Principais Responsabilidades
- Operacional de Ofertas: Auxiliar no cadastro e na parametrização de descontos e promoções dentro do aplicativo.
- Comunicação & Mídia: Ajudar na ponte com o time de Marketing para alinhar e garantir os disparos de comunicações nos canais oficiais.
- Foco no Usuário: Apoiar no acompanhamento da jornada do usuário no app, identificando melhorias para garantir a melhor experiência possível.
- Suporte à Rotina: Colaborar com demandas operacionais gerais e rotinas do time de Growth.
