About this role
What you will do:
- Follow up with assigned leads over a seven-to-ten-day period via phone and text through GoHighLevel.
- Log all call activity, lead status updates, and notes accurately within the CRM to maintain a complete client journey.
- Prioritize outreach based on lead tags such as purchase value and recency to maximize conversion opportunities.
What is required:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, warm calling, or inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel for lead management and follow-up tracking.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and guide conversations toward a scheduled appointment.
