About this role
British American Tobacco México – Application Support Analyst (Monterrey)
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Brindar soporte de primer nivel a usuarios en Microsoft 365, hardware, conectividad, accesos y aplicaciones de negocio, actuando como punto inicial de escalación.
- Coordinar y supervisar a proveedores externos responsables del soporte y gestión de cambios en sistemas utilizados por el Mexico DBS Hub.
- Traducir necesidades del negocio en requerimientos funcionales, liderando iniciativas y proyectos a lo largo del ciclo completo de desarrollo e implementación.
- Gestionar pruebas funcionales, validaciones, regresiones y seguimiento de incidencias para asegurar la estabilidad y calidad de las soluciones tecnológicas.
