We are seeking an experienced Appian Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the Mortgage Banking domain and a strong understanding of Appian Low-Code Platform. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and workflow optimization across mortgage operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, business process models, and acceptance criteria.
