What you will do
This role will reside within the Global Regulatory Reporting Team which will sit within PGIM Credit Operations. The primary responsibilities of the team will be to support all our regulatory reporting obligations with a focus on EMIR, SFTR and ASIC.
What you can expect
- Change Management focus of EMIR, ASIC, SFTR, FMIA and MIFID II and any future regimes on-boarded by the team
- Providing regulatory guidelines analysis and working directly with technology on requirements and implementation.
- Communicating any identified Regulatory issues with Operational Risk and working with key internal stakeholders to address issues and mitigate risk.
- Completing testing in UAT and monitoring production for updates
