Job Overview:
The Analyst, Engineering Programs & Analytics supports Newell Brands' Engineering, Reliability & Automation (ERA) organization by providing analytical, project coordination, reporting, and business support across multiple engineering and automation programs. This role is designed as an Associate / P1-level analyst role and will serve as a shared capability resource across the ERA portfolio.
The role will primarily support the Resource Conservation and Sustainability Pillar and Facilities Engineering and Site Resiliency Pillar of ERA.
This position is intended for an early-career analyst with strong organization, analytical, communication, and project management skills who is interested in manufacturing, engineering, automation, sustainability, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
