Analyst Data Governance
The Analyst supports the implementation and execution of Empower's enterprise data governance and knowledge management program. This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to apply governance frameworks, ensuring data and content are accurate, consistent, and compliant across structured and unstructured environments.
The position focuses on executing governance processes, supporting data quality and metadata management efforts, and contributing to audit readiness. The Analyst also assists in advancing governance practices across data lifecycles and emerging areas such as AI/GenAI under guidance from senior team members.
