Analyst, Benefits
The Analyst, Benefits is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering benefit programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.
- Analyze and implement the organization's benefit programs including, but not limited to, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs or benefit technology and tools
- Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of benefit information and data to assist management in effective decision making, develop clear visuals to communicate findings
- Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, creative, and proactive benefit solutions that are consistent with the organization's overall strategies
