- Atender los servicios de manera cordial y moderada en todo momento basados en políticas, directivas y protocolos toda eventualidad que sea reportada o detectada de manera inmediata manteniendo su seguimiento hasta quedar cerrado el tema, debiéndolo registrar y escalar según corresponda.
- Mantener activa su posición de responsabilidad evitando todo tipo de distracciones que puedan poner en riesgo a las personas y operación tomando cada dato e informacion suficiente para atender y registrar todo evento, debiendo para ello recibir y entregar en cada turno las novedades o posibles situaciones en las que debe enfocarse la atencion de la función de manera permanente.
