Gestionar el programa de Modalidades formativas: Reclutamiento, Selección de los candidatos, Programación del plan de inducción y seguimiento constante durante el tiempo de formación en planta cumpliendo con los estándares y modelo de gestión del COE RRLL con el objetivo de asegurar la experiencia del programa, velando por el cuidado, control de riesgos o contingencia para la compañía y contribución con la eficiencia.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
- Responsable de la ejecución del plan de seguimiento de monitoreo a las Modalidades Formativas con alcance corporativo.
- Estandarizar procesos de gestión y lineamientos del programa gestión frente a problemáticas en planta como Hallazgos, Absentismos, DMs prolongados en las MF.
