About the Role
We’re looking for an AI & Patient Communication Specialist to help practices adopt OhMD's HIPAA-compliant patient communication platform. You’ll drive automation of routine calls and text messaging, integrate with EHRs, and help practices save time and improve patient care.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate OhMD features (Two-way SMS, AI agents including Nia) and explain how they reduce patient calls
- Configure AI agent workflows for appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and patient referrals
- Integrate OhMD with 85+ EHRs and ensure conversations are saved to patient charts
- Set up and run campaigns, custom reporting, and API/SSO options
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and IT to tailor deployments for each practice
- Train staff and provide ongoing support to maintain HIPAA-compliant texting and secure communications
