Aftersales Service Representative
MeWe Electronics is recruiting customer-focused and service-driven Aftersales Service Representatives to support our growing after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage repair requests, coordinate service activities, provide timely updates, and ensure every customer receives a professional and satisfactory service experience. We welcome candidates with experience as Customer Service Representatives, Front Desk Officers, Service Advisors, Service Coordinators, or Repair Reception Officers. Applicants must have previous experience in the 3C's (Computer, Communication & Consumer Electronics) or Home Appliance industry, with a strong understanding of after-sales service management, customer experience, repair coordination, warranty support, and service network operations.
