Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Warranty Manager to oversee vehicle warranty claims, repairs, and after-sales warranty processes, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process vehicle warranty claims from submission to resolution.
- Liaise with manufacturers, workshops, dealers, and customers on warranty matters.
- Verify warranty eligibility, repair documentation, and claim requirements.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and warranty repairs.
- Monitor warranty claims, costs, turnaround time, and rejection rates.
