Responsibilities
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
- Structure campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and budgets for optimal performance and spend efficiency.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business goals, revenue targets, and brand guidelines.
- Take full ownership of campaign setup, execution, and performance from launch through to optimisation.
Campaign Optimisation & Scaling:
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise based on key metrics including CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently to maximise revenue impact.
