In this role, you will take full ownership of inventory accuracy, store management, supplier relations, and cost-control systems to minimize waste, ensure food safety standards, and drive operational efficiency across all storage facilities.

- Inventory & Store Management: Take full ownership of stock counts, supply levels, and store facilities (Dry Store, Wet Store, Freezers, and Cold Storage).
- Procurement & Vendors: Supervise market runs, verify purchase orders against quality standards, compare market pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
