Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Conduct collections activities while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
- Research and resolve payment issues and unapplied cash.
- Must have strong experience with VLOOKUPs.
