We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a construction-focused organization in Boston, Massachusetts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records. The role works closely with vendors and internal finance partners to keep invoice and payment activity organized, timely, and compliant with company standards. This is a fully on-site opportunity requiring attendance five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter a large volume of invoices with a high level of accuracy and within established deadlines.
• Prepare and process payments while maintaining complete and well-organized accounts payable documentation.
