Tu misión
- Diseñarás y serás owner del proceso end-to-end de Accounts Payable del grupo, decidiendo cómo debe funcionar y marcando las pautas a seguir.
- Buscarás de forma proactiva las mejores maneras de optimizar el proceso, haciéndolo lo más eficiente, estable y fácil de entender posible.
- Controlarás que todas las facturas recurrentes se estén registrando correctamente y a tiempo.
- Revisarás que el resto del equipo de Finance Operations registre las facturas conforme al proceso que tú mismo/a has definido.
- Coordinarás con el equipo de Supply Chain la entrada y contabilización de las facturas de los múltiples proveedores del área.
- Crearás y mantendrás un maestro de proveedores, con información de cada uno (owner, función, tarifa y otra información relevante).
