About you and this role
This position plays a key role in ensuring the overall accuracy and integrity of the financial statements and support the management and the Entity Accounting Leader in Financial and Statutory Accounting, the key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Participates in various accounting functions including and not limited: general ledger maintenance, review of financial scorecard, US GAAP to Statutory, reconciliations, ensure compliance to operational policies and processes;
- Preparation of financial statement footnotes and supporting schedules
- Accountable for providing assistance with the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close;
- Assists with implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP and IFRS principles;
