Job title: Accounting Clerk TZ (m/w/d)
So sieht Ihr Tag aus:
- Tägliche Entleerung des Drop-Safes, Kontrolle der Abrechnungen und Zählung des Bargeldes
- Kontrolle der täglichen Reports auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit
- Führung des Eingangsrechnungsbuches
- Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen im Konzern-Buchhaltungsprogramm
- Versenden von Ausgangsrechnungen
- tägliche Ablage von Reports und Rechnungen
Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität
- gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
