About the Role Accounting Associate (AR) will support the accounts receivable functions, reporting to the Finance Controller, with an on-site role at Creedmoor, NC. The role focuses on invoicing, payments, collections, and AR-related GL work as part of Ontic's growing aerospace organization.
What You'll Do
- Performs Daily Customer Invoicing
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Monitors customer accounts receivable balances on a regular basis to ensure accounts are current; contacts customers to collect on past due accounts
- Investigates and resolves issues as they relate to billing, short payments, over payments, credit memos, etc.
- Performs entry and reconciliation of G/L accounts for Accounts Receivable
- Assists with General Ledger journal entries
